Ink | Short | Andrea Wessel, Dir.

A traumatized woman seeks penance and personal transformation through tattooing after surviving a devastating pregnancy. One night, drenched in booze and ink, her deepest fears threaten to consume her.

A tattoo becomes a character in this gorgeous experimental horror short.  This led to the concept of using the sound of a tattoo gun as the primary element in the score, which is processed to sound at times like a giant, ancient underwater machine, to a high electric wire whine.
